I am an epidemiologist and public health researcher with interdisciplinary training in clinical medicine, public health, and epidemiology. My PhD research focuses on the influence of social determinants on the risk of developing dementia, social prescribing interventions, with broader interests in healthy ageing and health equity.

I bring extensive experience in large-scale cohort studies, advanced statistical analysis (Stata, R), and interdisciplinary collaboration to inform evidence-based policy and community-based interventions. My work has been published in high-impact journals including Alzheimer’s & Dementia, Journals of Gerontology, and JECH, with 39 peer-reviewed publications to date (H-index = 13).
